We then travel through Victoria Park, Home to the Lieutenant Governors Mansion with a Spectacular View of the Inner Harbor. From there, we Promenade into our Oldest Residential Area with an Impressive Variety of Well Maintained Historic Homes and Charming Gardens. $100 per carriage
